Description
Walking down the perimeter road, you get the distinct feeling that the city is changing around you. To the north you can see the very modern city of Kir Drax'in, with its lavish market street and temple district, while further to the south the crumbling southern district of the city begins to take hold. The winding cobblestone road continues in either direction.
