Description
This section of the pipe seems to have been engineered and built to slow down the current. Its floor is very uneven and the water is forced to flow around or over many obsticles made of brick. You also note that the grade of the ground is not even -- the water is forced to rush uphill to the west and it able to only because of it's momentum. You may continue to the west or north.
