Atop the Northeast Watch Tower

Description

This is the top of the northeastern watch tower. A small fire pit has been cut into the hard stone here so that the guards on duty could stay warm on cold winter nights. At this height you are sure staying warm is difficult, for the wind whistles by all around with a fury. As you glance out of the tower, looking over the town below and commanding an excellent view of the jungle, you begin to think of the valiant defenders manning this station when the legions of the Dark One had surrounded Alaozar. The only exit from here is down a long, wooden ladder.
