Description
Here, otters and terns circle, splashing happily into the ocean. You marvel at the schools of perch that streak through the ocean as though they were birds sailing in the air. Gales rush past you, pummeling you with spray and bits of flotsam. To the south a rocky coast emerges, boasting a small city that rises high on top of it. The coastline appears to be dangerous, and impossible to dock upon, however, especially from the height of the crashing waves.
