Description
Henri, a proud Creole, is exalted at his seemingly modest title as Chief Saucerer. He thinks himself a virtuoso, lauded by crowds of admiring patrons. Henri sings his own praises with a silly dance, shaking back and forth with the high notes of the song. The reality is
that he is a dirty man in a damp cellar stirring a bowl of sauce with a writhing prisoner. Henri has a long handlebar moustache and greasy hands.
Ambient noise
You hear a jaunty melody being sung nearby.
