Usage: will '&lt;mind-skill name&gt;' [target]

For psionics.  If you want to use your mental abilities on someone or
something. (i.e Force your will)

Example:

  > will 'mind poke' warg
  Note that the name of the mind-skill must be enclosed by "'"s.
