Usage: ctell [ '#' ] &lt;message&gt;

Use ctell to communicate privately with members of your clan that are
currently online. Use ctell #&lt;number&gt; to send a message to all clan members
ranked &lt;number&gt; and over.

> ctell How is everyone today?
> ctell #5 Shh, here is a secret message for you guys.
