ok is there someone out there who can explain how they work?\
what affects tiger punch dragon kick and neckbreak?\
it seems to me that everyone has thier own opinion as to how they work\
mybe an imm or an old can can give us some hints or clues on how they work\
and do they actually get 1apr per remort bar handed?\

Accuracy on those skills is almost certainly decided by hr, level of practice in said skill, base accuracy of said skill, and ac of target. Damage done is just a particular multiplier of your natural damage, like backstab.\
When determining whether to use them and in what order, do it on a mathematical basis. Try to calculate, for instance, the damage difference in not being able to use a weapon or being able to based on the skill, the damage of the skill itself, the likelihood of success and what is most appropriate in a defensive, offensive, or retreating posture. Put all these numbers in a big mixer and you should be able to find out what is best to use and when.\

What is this i hear about ninjas recieving 1 unarmed apr per remort. Everyone says this has been confirmed by doragar. Is this true, or just more mud gossip?\

I have never, nor will I, discuss the intricacies of DP code. The "everyone" can continue to say what they like, but at the end of the day they don't know and since DP is heavily modified compared to stock circle, there is no possible way of backing up claims like that.\
